  1. Thanks for the insights into losing belly fat which can be a huge problem, particularly for women as they age and reach peri menopause or menopause. I lost my belly fat by cutting out carbohydrates completely. I found that certain foods were also causing bloating. Three and a half years on and I still have my flat tummy. I use my diet to control my weight and exercise is for my fitness. I also believe that a wholistic approach should be used to treat the body for any issue.
