  2. Thank you, this is an article of which I have lots to say which probably would not fit into this response. Suffice to say your article is a very interesting read and what I like most is the fact that you have addressed so many different points of view.

    It is very true to say that one size does not fit all and weightloss and health is one that is extremely complicated and confusing to many people. Contacting a health professional is key especially if you are on medication or have underlying health conditions.

    I myself am a health professional and believe that our bodies are great healers when given the right tools. I believe in exercise, sleep, hydration and nutrition that enables us to stay fit and healthy and free from the need to medication.

    How do you feel about fasting and the effects that is has on diabetes and mental health?
